This feature consists of two main steps;
Downloading your contacts from Facebook and
Importing them into PULSE by Penny
How to Download Your Contacts from Facebook:
1 - Log in to your Facebook account
2 - Click on the little arrow 🔽 on the top right of your Facebook page
3 - Select “Settings & Privacy” then click on “Settings”
4 - On the left panel select “Privacy” and then “Your Facebook Information”
5 - Click on “Download Your Information”
6 - Under file options, select Format: JSON, Media Quality: Low, Date Range: All time
7 - Deselect All the options under the “Select Information to Download”
8 - Scroll Down & only select “Friends & Followers”
9 - Click on “Request a Download”
Hot Tip When the file is ready, you’ll receive a notification on Facebook! Click on the notification then click on “download”. Save the downloaded file to your desktop to easily be able to find it once you are ready to upload it to PULSE by Penny. If the file is downloaded in a “Zip” format - double-click the zipped folder to open it.

All done! Your Facebook contacts will now be available in PULSE by Penny!
