You can direct message your social media contacts, and track it in your task.

How to Add a Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Handle to a Contact Card on the Web Version 💻
1 - Log in to your PULSE by Penny account on the web
2 - Select Contacts from the left-hand side of the page.
3 - Type the name of the contact on the search bar.
4 - Select the profile you would like to add the social handle to
5 - Select "Edit" at the top of their profile card
6 - Under the social space, input their handle
7 - Select "Save".
What is a handle?
A handle is a fancy way of saying your "contact's social network ID". 😉
This is how you can find the handle on Instagram:

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 You may only have a set of numbers in the Facebook URL, just paste those in the space instead.
Here is an example of a LinkedIn handle:
In this case, I would paste "penny-matthews-68b3251bb" in the space.
At this time, bulk adding your social contacts or syncing with your social media to import your contacts is not available. You can sync all your mobile contacts, or import your emails directly to PULSE by Penny.
How to Add Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Handles Using the Mobile App 📱
1 - Select "More" in the menu of the mobile app. These are the three lines on the lower right side of the page.
2 - Select "Contacts"
3 - Type the name of your contact on the search bar
4 - Select the name from the search results
5 - Select Edit
6 - Copy and paste the entire Instagram URL into the social profile field. For Facebook or LinkedIn, paste everything after the ".com/" in their Facebook or LinkedIn profile link.
🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 To get the Facebook profile link on the mobile app, select the 3 dots on the profile page, scroll down, and select copy link under the Profile link. To get the LinkedIn profile link on the app, select the 3 dots on the profile page, select Share Via, and select Copy.
7 - Select Save.
