I haven't received my tax documents (1099), who can I reach out to?
Tax documentation is sent out by R+F. If you have not received them please reach out to R+F directly. You may contact R+F Elite or Sales Support or by reaching out to PULSE by Penny via live chat to request a support agent to help get you in touch.
How can I review my full-year income/commission reports?
You can find this information by relying on the two monthly reports we have in the Reporting section. To find them, please follow the instructions below:
Go to Reporting
Choose Personal Reports
Select Monthly Earning Statements
Select RF Fast Pay Earnings Statement
Please note: the reports will give you monthly information only; at this time, there isn't a report that will provide you with a full-year statement.
How can I get a report of my CRP orders or personal orders?
Please note: The reports are a rolling 12 months' worth of data. If you need reports further than what is showing on your PULSE by Penny, please reach out to the R+F Support team.

Go to your Reporting section
Find the Orders section
Here you'll find your reports:
Orders Contributing to My PV
Orders Contributing to My Level 1 PV
Under Select Metric - Choose Order Type
Click Add Filter
Select the Order Type whichever is relevant (e.g. Personal Orders)
Click Export Report on the right-hand side
