Where can I find the Subscription Frequency?
PC Autoships and PC Autoships L1-L3 Report
The Column "Subscription Frequency" allows you to see your Preferred Customers who have taken up a monthly subscription or subscription every 2 months.
You can also filter the reports to see if the subscription is monthly or every 2 months:
Contact Card:
The Profile tab will show an indicator if your Preferred Customer is enrolled in PC Perks and what is their subscription (Monthly or Every 2 Months)
The activity tab shows a breakdown of one-time purchases under PC Perks orders for customers.
