How to Delete a Task
From the Daily on the Mobile App 📱
1 - Select the type of task that you would like to delete on your Daily
2 - Select the task you want to delete.
3 - Select "Remove"
From the Customer Care Section on the Mobile App 📱
1 - Select Lists
2 - Select Customer Care
3 - Select the task you want to delete
4 - Select "Remove"
From the "Daily" Page on the Web Version 💻
1 - Select "Prospecting" or "Customer Care" from the left-hand side of the page
2 - Select the task you want to delete. The contact card will appear on the right-hand side of your screen
3 - Select "Remove"
From the "Contact Card" on the Web and/or Mobile App
1 - Go to "Contacts" on the left-hand side of the screen for the web OR
Select More, then Contacts on the mobile app.
2 - Type the name of the contact on the search bar.
3 - Select the contact. Their contact card will appear.
4 - Select "Activity"
5 - Review the tasks listed in the Activity section.
6 - Select "X" if you want to remove the task. Make sure you want to delete it! It won't ask for confirmation and will automatically delete the task.
